Refund Policy

Brototype is committed to maintaining a transparent and attendee-centric approach to its fee refund process. Our policy is carefully designed to balance the needs of attendees while ensuring the program’s smooth operation. By enrolling in the program and making the relevant payment, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

This policy governs the conditions under which an attendee may opt out or withdraw from a subscribed program and seek a refund, as well as the associated limitations. Withdrawal Before Program Start: ₹25,000/- of the total course fee will be treated as a non-refundable reservation fee, which secures the attendee’s enrollment in the program. Any payment made up to ₹25,000/- will count toward the reservation fee.

Attendees must complete the ₹25,000/- reservation fee within one month from the date of their initial payment. Attendees who withdraw before the commencement of the Foundation Program will receive a full refund of the course fee, excluding the non-refundable reservation fee. Withdrawal After Program Start: The Refund Window opens on the start date of the Foundation Program and remains open for seven (7) calendar days. During this period, the attendee shall be eligible for a refund amount after deducting 50% (fifty percent) of the total course fee from the amount paid by the Attendee.
